Senior Manager Technical Project Management (m/w/d)
Your role...
- ...entails the professional and disciplinary leadership as department head of project management for three teams comprising a total of 66 employees. You report directly to the department head.
- You plan and create (short-, medium-, and long-term) target specifications, ensuring their realization as well as managing the budget, costs, and work plan of your department.
- The implementation of your long-term personnel development planning is in your hands. You adjust these plans promptly in response to changing market and framework conditions.
- You lead and support through feedback discussions, ensuring the continuous development of work processes and employee potential in your department.
- You delegate tasks across groups to motivate team members and mediate solution-oriented conflicts.
- For your new employees, you collaborate with group leaders to create individual onboarding plans and annually evaluate the performance of your team members in performance conferences.
