Their technologies in Connected Infotainment and Smart Connectivity Gateways are integrated into over ten million vehicles worldwide, emphasizing the balance between innovation and sustainability, with end-user needs and behaviors at the forefront. 

More than 1,300 employees are present worldwide at seven locations - with development and innovation centers. With more than 600 employees, the German innovation center offers complete development from the idea sketch to prototypes and pre-production parts. Thus, our client continues its growth trajectory steadily, aiming to surpass the 700-employee mark in 2024. Senior Manager Technical Project Management (m/w/d)


Your role...

  • ...entails the professional and disciplinary leadership as department head of project management for three teams comprising a total of 66 employees. You report directly to the department head.
  • You plan and create (short-, medium-, and long-term) target specifications, ensuring their realization as well as managing the budget, costs, and work plan of your department.
  • The implementation of your long-term personnel development planning is in your hands. You adjust these plans promptly in response to changing market and framework conditions.
  • You lead and support through feedback discussions, ensuring the continuous development of work processes and employee potential in your department.
  • You delegate tasks across groups to motivate team members and mediate solution-oriented conflicts.
  • For your new employees, you collaborate with group leaders to create individual onboarding plans and annually evaluate the performance of your team members in performance conferences.
