Head of Human Resources Europe (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities
- HR support for 300 employees across Europe
- Trusted partner to the executives and senior leaders on strategic human resources matters
- Great scope for proactively shaping and enhancing the HR landscape of the European organisation
- Main point of contact for the Workers' Council in Germany
- Responsibility for all main fields of Human Resources, in particular, employer branding, recruiting, on-boarding, leadership development, succession planning
- Implementation of HR initiatives in line with strategic objectives and key corporate values
- Development and execution of HR projects, monitoring and fine-tuning activities
- HR budget preparation and follow-up, performance analyses and reporting procedures
- All aspects of contracts, payroll and bonus schemes with internal and external partners
- Lead and develop a small HR Team
Key Competencies
- Extensive HR knowledge through university studies and professional HR experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach and ability to see the bigger picture
- Personality: communicative, open-minded, sensitive, diplomatic, patient
- Enthusiastic about technology
- Willingness to travel across Europe
- Fluency in English and German
